Made-to-Order Garments

Made-to-order purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the circumstance that a made to order garment(s) does not fit the INTENDED wearer, the person who's measurements were entered at checkout, one free alteration can be applied to any made-to-order purchase (1 alteration per made-to-order garment within 14 days of the buyer RECEIVING the package. Shipping not included. 

If you require a free alteration for your made-to-order garment(s), contact emmulus.22@gmail.com, with a detailed description and images of where the piece needs altering.

Additionally, once your free alteration is accepted, we will contact you with confirmation via email.

Shipment of the garment is the buyers total responsibility. Although a tracking number is NOT REQUIRED, if a tracking number is not provided your garment(s) MUST be received at the return address within 1 month of receiving a confirmation email from emmulus.22@gmail.com. Otherwise, it is not guaranteed the alteration will be performed. For return of the garment(s) in this circumstance, shipping costs would be REQUIRED from the buyer.

In the case that you receive a custom order that does not meet the description you provided, Emmulus will provide a complimentary return label. It is the buyers responsibility to request exchange and mail the corset within 2 weeks of receiving the garment. If the buyer fails to request an exchange or mail the garment back to Emmulus within 2 weeks of receiving the corset, the transaction will be considered complete and no further alterations or exchanges will be accepted.

Made-to-order pieces have a 5-10 week wait time prior to shipment.

Packages returned to sender,  can only be returned to the recipient if shipping cost is paid in full.

 

 

Curated Collection 

Returns on any curated pieces ARE ACCEPTED within 14 days of buyer RECEIVING the item(s). Returns are accepted at:

The returned item(s) will be INSPECTED to be sure it is still in the condition it was sold in. Upon receipt and adequate inspection of the returned item(s), a full refund of the item(s) will be issued to your account within 48 hours. 

In the circumstance that a buyer returns a(n) item(s) that is not in the condition it was sold in, the piece(s) can be returned once again to the original buyer, shipping costs is the buyers liability and a 15% service fee will also be charged

Shipping is included on all purchases. For all pieces, please allow 7-14 days before shipment.
